  • Return Method: By Mail / Freight.
  • Return Shipping Cost: FREE (We provide a prepaid return shipping label).
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (No restocking fees).
  • Refund Processing Time: 5 – 7 business days after inspection.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be requested for return within 30 calendar days of physical delivery.
  • The product must be in new, unused, unassembled, and resaleable condition.
  • Items must be in original packaging, complete with all hardware, manuals, accessories, and parts.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact customer support at Contact@rylanceracing.shop or +1 (860) 805-6106 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Upon approval, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Carefully pack the item in its original box and attach the label.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location (or schedule a freight pickup for large equipment).

Note: Returns sent without prior approval (RMA) will not be accepted.

3. Return Fees & Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Free return shipping. We will provide a prepaid label or arrange freight pickup at zero cost to you.
  • Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns: Free return shipping. We cover the return label.
  • Restocking Fees: We charge $0.00 restocking fee across all products.

4. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for items within the same 30-day window, provided the product meets return conditions. Contact our team to initiate an exchange request.

5. Refunds & Inspection Process

  • Once your return is received at our warehouse, our technical team will inspect the item within 2 to 3 business days.
  • After inspection approval, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account. All refunds are issued in USD ($).
